(23/12/2004) A new structure for the Almanij-KBC Group

This morning, the Boards of Directors of Almanij and the KBC Bank and Insurance Holding Company decided on a change of structure for the Almanij-KBC Group. The details of their decision will be presented and commented on during a press conference that will be held at KBC Head Office (2 Havenlaan, 1080 Brussels) at 10.30 a.m. (C.E.T.) this morning. This press conference will be broadcast live on www.kbc.com (in Dutch, French and English).
